Erin Pettengill
President
Lakes region community services, family resource center

Erin is the Lakes Region Community Services Vice President of Family Resource Center. She has a BA in Sociology and a Master's in Counseling and has over 15 years experience in the family support field. Erin lives in Campton with her partner and a 1-year-old dog named Lucy.

Rebecca Woitkowski, Esq.
Vice President
New Futures

Rebecca serves as the Early Childhood Policy Coordinator for New Futures Kids Count. She works to coordinate and lead early childhood policy and advocacy efforts in New Hampshire. Prior to entering into this role, Rebecca worked in private practice focusing on civil litigation and family law.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Southern New Hampshire University in 2008 and her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law in 2011.

Susan serves as the Director of the Whole Village Family Resource Center in Plymouth, an initiative of Granite United Way. She has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit administration. She currently serves on the boards of Family Support NH, Lower Grafton County Council for Young Children and Families, Plymouth Area Recovery Connection, Project Care, Plymouth State University Center for Healthy Communities Advisory Board, and the Plymouth Parks and Recreation Commission. Brenda Foley

TLC Family Resource Center

Brenda is the Quality Assurance Coordinator with TLC Family Resource Center (of Quality) in Claremont. She has been serving individuals and families of all ages for more than 25 years. She has operated her own child care center and provided service coordination and advocacy to Head Start families, survivors of domestic and sexual violence, individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, families with children in foster care and the elderly. She has a keen knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare regulations and skill assisting people in working with public agencies. She has an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor of Science in Heath and Human Services. Outside of work Brenda spends much of her time with her own family that includes her beloved grand-twins, Aria and Damian.

Marylou Beaver

MaryLou Beaver is the Director of The Children’s Place and Parent Education Center in Concord, a program of Waypoint.  She is the chair of the GrandFamilies Advisory Council in NH and serves on the Legislative Commission to Study GrandFamilies. MaryLou is the founder and President of Kids First Consulting, LLC. She has worked with children and families for more than 30 years as the New England Director of a national children’s advocacy organization, the Executive Director of a nonprofit childcare center and Educational Coordinator of a federal grant serving childcare professionals.

Mellissa Gallagher

The Grapevine Family and Community Resource Center

Melissa is the Executive Director of The Grapevine Family & Community Resource Center in Antrim. She has worked across New England on behalf of children and families for nearly two decades. Melissa has led grassroots efforts in support of children's out of school time in the cities of Boston and Providence as well as legislative advocacy for child and family health and well being in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Melissa serves on several nonprofit boards, and in 2015 was appointed by former Governor Hassan to serve on the State Wellness and Primary Prevention Council. She received her M.B.A. from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University.

Patrice Baker

Families First Health & Support Center

Patrice is the Parent Education Manager for the Family Center of Greater Seacoast Community Heath (Goodwin and Families First). She has been working with children and families for over 20 years as a parent educator with UNH Cooperative Extension, a child advocate with CASA NH, an elementary school teacher and a college instructor. Patrice completed the Hoffman Hass Fellowship program in Non-profit Board Leadership and has served on several non-profit boards, including the Seacoast Charter School—NH’s first public elementary charter school. She received her BS from Cornell University in Human Development and Family Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from Simmons College. Patrice and her husband, Tony, have three children (all successfully “launched”) and they live in Kensington with their dog, Pearl.

​NHCT strives to ensure parents have access to high-quality resources and support to help children develop through education of direct-service professionals, advocacy for better policies to support parents, and connection with local agencies to strengthen families and lay the foundation for children's success.
