Family Resource Center Members include New Hampshire family resource centers which exist to provide direct family support and primary prevention services for all families, and who have applied to and been approved by the Board of Directors, according to family resource center requirements. This membership is reserved for those centers that currently adhere to the criteria established by Family support America for certification, or for those centers who are in the certification process. Family Resource Center members may attend Family Support New Hampshire meetings, serve on all committees, vote, and be elected to the Board of Directors. Annual Membership fee of $125 or as determined by the Board.
Family Support Program Members include groups and/or individuals that have expressed support for Family Support New Hampshire and its purpose and philosophy, who have applied to and been accepted for membership by the Board of Directors according to the family support program membership requirements. Family Support Program members may attend Family Support New Hampshire meetings, serve on all committees, vote, and be elected to the Board of Directors. Annual Membership fee of $125 or as determined by the Board.
Supporting Members include individual health and human service services or organizations, private businesses or non-profits that adopt and practice the principles of familiar support as an avenue for delivering services to families. Supporting members may include health care providers, child protection systems, juvenile services, day care facilities, state councils, mental health services, etc. Annual Membership fee of $75 or as determined by the Board.

Affiliated Members include non-provider individuals, collaborations, businesses, community-based networks, partnerships, advocacy groups, support groups or others organizations that support primary prevention practices in their interactions with families. These members also support the goals and mission of Family Support New Hampshire. Annual Membership fee of $75 or as determined by the Board.
The members of Family Support New Hampshire include the staff or volunteers from all members. Each agency or group member designates one representative to vote on their behalf. The annual meeting is held in the last quarter of the calendar year.
All applicants must adhere to the Principles of Family Support Practice as defined by the Family Support America Organization. Application packets can be requested by emailing info@fsnh.org. Applications are submitted to and approved by the Board of Directors of Family Support New Hampshire. |
